Location: Paddhari, Rajkot, Gujarat Experience: 5–6 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Mechanical / Metallurgy CTC: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month Position: 1 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Create 2D engineering drawings and 3D models using Siemens NX based on customer drawings and requirements • Develop manufacturing/process drawings for foundry, gravity die casting, forging and machining • Design and develop patterns, dies, machining fixtures and tooling • Prepare stage-wise machining drawings for VMC, CNC and conventional machining • Manage complete drawing control , including preparation, revision, approval, release and maintaining the latest drawings for production • Maintain engineering documentation and records as per ISO requirements • Create and maintain Product Codes / Part Numbers in ERP system • Create and maintain BOM, routing and product-related master data in ERP • Ensure engineering changes are properly updated in the ERP system and controlled documents • Maintain ISO-related Engineering documents and records • Manage NPD tracker and coordinate new product development activities • Compare customer 2D drawings with 3D models and prepare technical presentations/reports • Support sample inspection, PPAP documentation and customer submissions • Coordinate with Quality, Production,



Management and Vendors on technical matters • Communicate with customers regarding drawings, technical clarifications and PPAP requirements SOFTWARE & ERP SKILLS Required: • Siemens NX – 3D Modelling & 2D Drawing • ERP System – hands-on experience is required • Product Code / Part Number creation and maintenance • BOM creation and maintenance • Routing / process master data • Engineering Change / Revision control • Drawing and document management • MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint • Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawing standards PROCESS KNOWLEDGE Candidates should have practical knowledge of: Foundry | Sand Casting | Gravity Die Casting | Forging | CNC/VMC Machining | Conventional Machining | Machining Fixtures | NPD | PPAP ✅ CANDIDATE PROFILE • 5–6 years of relevant experience in Design & Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgy • Strong practical understanding of casting and machining processes • Valuable working knowledge of Siemens NX • Hands-on experience with ERP systems • Experience in drawing control, product-code management and engineering documentation • Working knowledge of ISO documentation and document control • Good written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to communicate with customers and vendors on technical requirements
