Role Overview
nAs an SDR at Unicommerce, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. You'll play a critical role in building pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects across e-commerce brands and retailers in India. This role is ideal for someone who is highly driven, curious, and comfortable with outbound sales.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Prospecting & Lead Generation

- Identify and research potential e-commerce brands, D2C companies, and retail businessesn
- Build target account lists and generate leads via LinkedIn, databases, and other toolsn
- Run structured outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)n

n2. Cold Calling & Outreach

- n
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to introduce Unicommerce solutionsn
- Craft personalized outreach messages to drive engagementn
- Consistently meet daily/weekly activity benchmarksn

n3. Qualification & Discovery

- n
- Understand prospect needs, current tech stack, and pain pointsn
- Qualify leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and buying intentn




- Conduct discovery conversations to identify fit and urgencyn

n4. Pipeline Creation

- n
- Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executivesn
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM (e.g., HubSpot)n
- Ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities to the sales teamn

n5. Market Intelligence

- n
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitors, and customer challengesn
- Share insights from prospect conversations with marketing and product teamsn

nKey Requirements

- n
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or SDR roles (SaaS preferred)n
- Robust communication skills (verbal + written) in English and Hindin
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objectionsn
- Basic understanding of e-commerce, SaaS, or retail tech is a plusn
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Easyleads, or similarn
- Highly self-motivated, target-dri
