Key Responsibilities
- Drive investor and customer sales across Fine Acers projects.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets.
- Generate qualified leads and independently build a strong sales pipeline.




- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial engagement to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, customers, brokers and channel partners.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the company’s investor and partner network.
- Conduct project presentations, investor meetings and one-to-one sales discussions.
- Represent Fine Acers at investor meets, industry events, exhibitions and business forums.
- Maintain accurate sales reporting, pipeline tracking and follow-up systems.
- Establish structured reporting processes that can support the scaling of sales operations.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, operations and management teams to improve lead conversion.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Fine Acers projects, ownership models, destinations and customer propositions.
