n✅ 12+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE
n✅ 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience
n✅ 3+ years as a Solution Architect
n✅ Hands-on experience in D365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing/Customer Insights, Power Platform & Dataverse
n✅ Solid knowledge of Azure Integrations, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and Stakeholder Management
