About the Role

We are looking for a Zoho Developer with 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience in Zoho development, customization, automation, and integrations.

The ideal candidate should have valuable working knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem, particularly Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Forms, and Zoho Flow.

The candidate should also have a basic-to-good understanding of React.js and modern web development, as the role will involve developing custom interfaces, widgets, portals, and integrations between Zoho and external applications.

Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, problem-solving ability, and ownership of assigned tasks are important for this role.

- Zoho Development
- Develop and customize solutions using Zoho applications.

Work with applications such as:

- Configure modules, fields, layouts, workflows, approvals, validation rules, blueprints, reports, and dashboards.

- Develop custom functions and automation using Deluge.

- Create and maintain Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator customizations.

- Assist in designing business workflows and automation based on client requirements.

API & Integration

- Work with Zoho APIs and REST APIs.

- Develop integrations between Zoho applications and third-party platforms.

Work with:

- Assist with integrations involving platforms such as WhatsApp, Twilio, Shopify, payment gateways, Google services, and other third-party applications.

- Troubleshoot API, authentication, data mapping, and synchronization issues.

- Understand API pagination, error handling, and basic API limitations.

React.js & Web Development

- Develop and maintain web interfaces using React.js.





- Build basic custom dashboards, widgets, portals, and front-end components.

- Integrate React.js applications with Zoho and third-party APIs.

Requirement Analysis

- Assist in preparing technical solutions and implementation plans.

- Perform testing and debugging of implemented functionality.

- Document workflows, field mappings, integrations, and development changes.

Client Communication

- Communicate with clients regarding requirements, progress, and technical issues.

- Participate in client calls and requirement-gathering sessions.

- Provide clear updates on assigned tasks.

- Explain technical solutions in simple and professional language.

- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM.

- Good understanding of Deluge scripting.

- Working knowledge of Zoho Creator.

- Basic-to-good knowledge of Zoho Books, Inventory, Analytics, Forms, and Flow.

- Understanding of Zoho workflows, automation, custom functions, reports, and dashboards.

- Experience working with Zoho APIs.

Web Development

- Good understanding of JavaScript.

- Hands-on or project experience with React.js.

- Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.

- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.

- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub.

Soft Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

- Experience with third-party API integrations.

- Experience with WhatsApp/Twilio integrations.

- Basic knowledge of PHP, Node.js, or other backend technologies.

- Basic SQL/database knowledge.

- Experience with n8n or other automation platforms.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is hands-on and willing to take ownership, rather than someone who only has theoretical knowledge.

The candidate should be able to work on tasks such as:

Requirement → Zoho Configuration → Deluge Development → API Integration → React/Frontend Development → Testing → Deployment

They should also be comfortable learning new Zoho applications and technologies as project requirements evolve.

Experience

1–1.5 years of relevant experience in Zoho development, implementation, customization, or integration.

Candidates with strong practical project experience and good technical fundamentals may also be considered even if their experience is slightly below the stated range.
