Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Zoho HRMS Developer with robust hands-on experience in Zoho People/HRMS, Deluge scripting, workflows, automation, APIs, and integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for customizing and optimizing HRMS processes, developing automated workflows, integrating Zoho HRMS with other applications, and providing technical support to HR and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain solutions in Zoho People/Zoho HRMS.
- Build Deluge scripts, custom functions, workflows, schedulers, validations, and custom actions.
- Configure HR processes such as employee onboarding, attendance, leave, timesheets, performance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Develop integrations between Zoho HRMS and other Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Books, and Zoho Creator.
- Work with REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Automate repetitive HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Create custom forms, fields, reports, dashboards, and approval workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HRMS configurations, integrations, and automation.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into scalable Zoho HRMS solutions.
- Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and documentation of solutions.




- Coordinate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders for requirement gathering and implementation.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Zoho People / Zoho HRMS.
- Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting.
- Experience with Zoho People workflows, automation, custom functions, and schedulers.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and API integrations.
- Experience with JSON, webhooks, OAuth, and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Creator, or other Zoho applications is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience integrating Zoho HRMS with payroll, recruitment, attendance, or other HR platforms.
- Knowledge of Zoho Creator and database concepts.
- Experience handling complex HR automation and custom business processes.
- Ability to independently gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
