We are looking for a creative and result-oriented YouTube & Content Strategist to build and grow our oncology-focused digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute YouTube content strategies for oncology and cancer-care topics.
- Plan monthly content calendars based on patient needs, search trends and relevant healthcare topics.
- Identify high-potential YouTube topics, keywords and content opportunities.
- Develop video concepts, titles, hooks, thumbnails and content briefs.
- Coordinate with oncologists/doctors to create medically accurate and engaging content.
- Improve YouTube SEO, CTR, watch time, audience retention and subscriber growth.
- Repurpose long-form videos into YouTube Shorts and other social-media content.




- Monitor YouTube analytics and provide regular performance insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with healthcare content trends and YouTube algorithm changes.
- Ensure content maintains a professional, ethical and patient-friendly tone.

Candidate Profile:

✔️ 3–5+ years of experience in YouTube strategy/content marketing.

✔️ Experience in healthcare, hospitals, oncology or medical content will be preferred.

✔️ Robust understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics and audience growth.

✔️ Excellent communication and content-planning skills.

✔️ Ability to work closely with doctors and medical teams.

✔️ Creative mindset with a strong understanding of digital content.
