Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and secure group yoga classes.
- Demonstrate and guide correct yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.
- Ensure proper alignment and help members practice safely.
- Create a motivating and inclusive class environment.
- Encourage members to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
Requirements
- Good communication and coaching skills.
- Passion for yoga, fitness, and healthy living.
- Ability to lead and motivate group classes.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred.
