Responsible for managing overall workshop and service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, timely vehicle delivery, service revenue targets, and team productivity. Manage Service Advisors and Technicians, monitor repair quality, handle customer complaints, maintain workshop discipline, and ensure compliance with company & Benelli OEM standards.
Experience: 5+ years in automotive workshop operations, preferably with dealership experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
