We are looking for a Warranty Specialist to own and strengthen our warranty management system. The role is responsible for controlling warranty costs, ensuring policy compliance, and driving product improvements through field failure analysis.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end internal warranty claim process and validate claims as per policy.
- Ensure strict compliance with warranty policies and prevent fraudulent claims.
- Monitor daily warranty consumption, trends and publish monthly performance dashboards.
- Analyze data to identify cost reduction opportunities and reduce overall warranty spend.
- Collaborate with Field Service, Factory & Engineering teams to resolve recurring issues and accelerate technical support.
- Track KPIs for claim processing time and drive process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Warranty Management, Service Operations or Product Reliability in Electrical / Industrial Equipment industry.
- Solid analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis, MIS & dashboarding.
- Good understanding of field service operations and cross-functional coordination.
