Role & responsibilities The Senior Executive, Operations (Warehouse) is a pivotal role responsible for the strategic management and effective operation of warehouse activities within the organization. Reporting to the DC Manager or equivalent, this position requires a strong understanding of warehouse logistics, inventory management, and team leadership.
Some of the key result areas include, but not limited to:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop warehouse strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
- Assess warehouse capacity, layout, and workflow to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Implement best practices in warehouse management, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution.
- The role requires working in rotational shifts. Candidates applying for this role should be willing to work in Day / Night shifts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures in the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to manage relationships with third-party vendors, carriers, and service providers.
