Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical background to manage day-to-day store, warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations.

The candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in stores/warehouse operations in a manufacturing or engineering company and should be capable of independently handling material movement, inventory control, dispatch, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse and store operations.
- Handle inward and outward material and maintain proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory/stock records and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams for material requirements.
- Ensure proper material identification, storage, FIFO, and traceability.
- Plan and coordinate material dispatches and transportation.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely deliveries and pickups.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, delivery challans, dispatch documents, stock reports, and other store records.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.




- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and systematic arrangement of the warehouse.
- Handle loading/unloading and ensure protected material handling.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transporters regarding delivery schedules.
- Support production by ensuring timely availability of required materials.
- Lead and supervise store/warehouse manpower.
- Maintain proper records in ERP/software and MS Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 3–4 years of experience in Stores/Warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing/automotive/engineering industry.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, warehouse management, and logistics coordination.
- Experience in handling engineering/mechanical components and raw materials.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of material handling, stock control, and documentation.

Preferred Candidate Candidate should be hands-on, responsible, and capable of independently managing Store + Warehouse + Logistics activities in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹10,689.93 - ₹32,000.00 per month
