Role & responsibilities

- Cut, pace, and edit high-retention vertical videos (9:16) for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
- Add kinetic typography, synchronized on-screen captions, B-roll overlays, zooms, and smooth transitions.
- Design dynamic audio tracks using trending sounds, background beats, and tailored sound effects.
- Edit corporate brand films, founder interview series, factory showcase walk-throughs, and client case studies.
- Perform colour correction and cinematic colour grading.
- Mix and clean audio tracks (noise reduction, vocal normalization, background ducking).

Preferred candidate profile Core Software Tools: High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Desktop Pro.

Motion Graphics: Hands-on working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for animated titles, tracking, and graphic transitions.

Audio & Visual Sense: Robust intuition for pacing, comedic/dramatic timing, retention hooks, sound design balance, and color grading
