Role Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented R2R Accountants / GL Accountants to join the Finance & Accounting team. The role involves general ledger accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end/year-end closing, and supporting management reporting.

- Associate: 6 months 3 years
- Senior Associate: 3 6 years
- Assistant Team Lead

Educational Qualification
- B.Com is mandatory
- M.Com / other relevant Master's qualification is an added advantage
- Not eligible: BBA, BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc. and other non-commerce bachelor's degrees

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze financial statements and accounting reports.
- Prepare, post, and review journal entries in the General Ledger.
- Perform bank reconciliations and transaction analysis.
- Review budgets, expenses, payroll entries, and invoices.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accounting controls and monitor expenditure trends.
- Review fixed assets and asset capitalization.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Coordinate with Property Managers for pre-close and close activities.
- Prepare financial and operational reports for management.
- Ensure accounting activities are performed in accordance with applicable GAAP and accounting principles.

Required Skills & Experience





- Experience in R2R / General Ledger / Staff Accounting in a global organization.
- Solid knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.

Preferred Qualification

- B.Com mandatory
- CA / M.Com / specialized accounting qualification will be an added advantage.

Shift Details
- US Night Shift
- Shift start time can be anytime between 5:30 PM and 9:00 PM
- Candidates are required to complete 9 working hours

Ideal Candidate Candidates with hands-on experience in R2R / GL Accounting / Staff Accounting, strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP, and experience in reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and month-end closing will be preferred.
