As a US Mortgage Servicing Senior Process Executive / Subject Matter Expert, you will make an impact by delivering accurate, compliant US mortgage-servicing operations and acting as a subject matter expert who guides the team through investor, regulatory, and foreclosure-related requirements. You will be a valued member of the US Mortgage Servicing team and work collaboratively with process leads, quality partners, and stakeholders across the servicing operation.
In this role, you will
- Perform US mortgage-servicing activities in line with investor and US regulatory guidelines, ensuring accuracy and adherence to servicing standards.
- Apply knowledge of banking industry rules, regulations, and government requirements relating to foreclosures.
- Multitask across daily volumes, prioritize work, and follow mortgage-servicing guidelines precisely.
- Coach and support team members, sharing subject matter expertise to strengthen process quality.
- Work flexibly across different shifts to meet business and client requirements.

What you need to have to be considered
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 - 8 years of experience in a US mortgage-servicing background.
- Working knowledge of banking industry rules and regulations, and government regulations regarding foreclosures.
- Familiarity with US regulatory and investor guidelines, with the ability to follow mortgage-servicing guidelines accurately.
- Solid interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with sound analytical and judgment abilities.
