Mount Talent Consulting is looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in US staffing and technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US IT recruitment lifecycle, excellent communication skills, and experience working with candidates and clients across the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Work on W2, C2C, and contract/permanent IT requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate rates, salaries, and offers when required.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and turnaround-time requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
- Strong understanding of US IT job requirements and recruitment practices.
- Experience with technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, and related IT roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment/job portals is preferred.
- Candidates who can work in US shifts will be preferred.
