What You'll Do

- Welcome guests and provide warm, attentive service.
- Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately.




- Understand the menu and assist guests with basic queries.
- Maintain table setup, cleanliness and service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar and restaurant team.
- Follow hygiene, food safety and restaurant SOPs.
- Handle guest requests professionally.
- Support opening, closing and high-volume restaurant operations.
- Work closely with Captains and Supervisors to deliver smooth service.
