About the Role

Invest Mango is looking for a results-driven Strategic Sales Manager to drive sales for projects from leading core developers. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in real estate sales, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to close high-value deals while working closely with reputed developer partners.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales for exclusive projects from core developer partners.

Generate and convert qualified leads into successful sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and developer.

Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.

Understand customer investment goals and recommend suitable projects.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with CRM, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and developer launches.

Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

What We're Looking For





4-7 years of experience in real estate sales.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Experience selling projects from reputed developers is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong understanding of the NCR real estate market.

Self-driven, customer-focused, and target-oriented mindset.
