Eshwar Construction Company (ECC), a Navi Mumbai based civil construction contractor, is looking for Civil Site Engineers to join our project team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities as per drawings and specifications.

- Manage RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering and flooring works.

- Read and interpret civil/structural drawings.

- Carry out site measurements, quantity calculations, setting out and levelling.

- Use Auto Level for site levelling and checking.

- Prepare/check BBS and reinforcement requirements.

- Check line, level, dimensions and quality of executed work.

- Coordinate with supervisors, labour contractors and workmen.

- Monitor manpower, material requirements and wastage.

- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.

- Coordinate with client representatives, consultants and subcontractors.

- Verify executed quantities and assist with measurements and billing.

- Ensure proper safety,



quality and housekeeping at site.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.

- 2-8 years of relevant civil construction experience.

- Good practical knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry and plastering.

- Knowledge of Auto Level, BBS, quantity measurement and drawing reading.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.

- Good manpower and client coordination skills.

- Candidates with commercial/industrial construction experience will be preferred.

- Willingness to work at project sites in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai.
