Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to expand our client base, lead revenue generation, and guide our growing sales team. You will manage key accounts, identify emerging market trends, and support junior sales representatives to hit collective company targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Find recent business prospects through cold-calling, networking, and referrals to build a strong pipeline.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with major clients, addressing their needs and resolving complaints quickly.
- Team Mentorship: Guide, train, and support newly recruited or junior sales representatives.
- Strategy & Analysis: Analyze sales metrics and research competitor pricing and market success to improve business strategies.
- Reporting:
Keep accurate sales records and present performance reports to higher management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a senior sales representative or executive in a target-driven environment.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. (CRM is a digital tool used to track interactions and manage customer data.)
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Certification: A professional credential like Certified Sales Professional (CSP) is a plus.
