Job Summary

Aster RV Hospital is seeking a agile and experienced Senior Executive - Learning & Development to drive employee capability building and organizational learning initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering learning interventions, managing training operations, and evaluating program effectiveness to support business and healthcare excellence goals.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in training needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, stakeholder management, learning analytics, and employee development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Training Needs Assessment & Planning

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through interactions with department heads, managers, performance data, audits, and employee feedback.
- Develop and implement annual training calendars aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify competency gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.

Training Design & Delivery

- Design, develop, and facilitate behavioural, soft skills, leadership, functional, and compliance training programs.
- Deliver induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Create engaging learning content, presentations, facilitator guides, and training materials.
- Coordinate and manage both classroom and virtual learning sessions.

Learning Administration & Effectiveness

- Monitor training attendance, completion rates, feedback, and learning outcomes.
- Assess training effectiveness using evaluations, assessments, and post-training impact measures.
- Maintain accurate training records, MIS reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation.
- Generate periodic training reports for management review.





Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Collaborate with department leaders to drive capability-building initiatives.
- Coordinate with external trainers, consultants, and learning partners.
- Ensure timely scheduling and execution of learning programs across departments.

Talent Development & Organizational Learning

- Support competency mapping, career development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Collaborate with HR teams on employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development programs.

Compliance & Quality

- Ensure training activities comply with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and quality requirements.
- Support NABH, healthcare compliance, and quality-related training initiatives.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- Certifications in Learning & Development, Training, Instructional Design, Facilitation, or Coaching will be an added advantage.
