- Handle and conduct CRM software product demonstrations for prospective customers.

- Understand customer requirements and demonstrate CRM features and solutions accordingly.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from demo initiation to final payment closure.

- Follow up with prospects after demos and convert qualified leads into customers.

- Handle pre-sales and software sales activities.

- Achieve assigned monthly revenue and sales targets.

- Maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.

- Negotiate with customers and close deals effectively.

- Coordinate with internal technical/product teams whenever required.

- Ensure timely documentation, on boarding coordination, and payment follow-up.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, demos, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.





- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.

- Take ownership of the account from the initial demo through successful payment collection.Role & responsibilities
