Role & responsibilities A Sales Executive in the paint industry drives revenue growth by managing dealer networks, securing B2B/project accounts, and meeting monthly and annual sales targets for decorative, specialized coatings.

[1]Key Responsibilities

- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed defined volume and value sales targets for the assigned territory or key accounts.
- Dealer & Channel Management: Build relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and retailers to ensure healthy stock levels, communicate ongoing company schemes, and drive counter sales.
- Business Development: Identify and onboard new channel partners, hardware stores, or institutional clients to expand market footprint.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with painters, contractors, builders, and architects, offering product guidance, demonstrations, and color or technical consultancies.
- Technical Assistance & Sampling:



Facilitate on-site product trials, application training, and pre/post-sales technical support in coordination with application teams.
- Collections & Commercials: Manage order processing, credit terms, and timely payment collections from distributors or clients.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market visits to map competitor pricing, product launches, and promotional activities.

Preferred candidate profile Any bachelor's degree Preferably MBA

Min 2 Years of experience in channel sales in the reputed paint industry

Ability to Build and maintain relationships with clients.

Knowledge of the local market and dealers.

Preferably, the age should be below 30 years.
