We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong expertise in Real Estate Direct Sales to lead and drive residential property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive direct sales of residential real estate projects.
- Generate and convert leads into site visits and bookings.
- Handle high-value clients and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Conduct project presentations and property/site visits.
- Manage and guide the sales team to improve conversions.
- Maintain CRM discipline, sales reports, and pipeline tracking.




- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth closures.

What We’re Looking For:

- 4+ years of experience in Real Estate Direct Sales.
- Strong knowledge of residential property sales.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Solid client-handling and team-management abilities.
- Candidates with experience in Noida / Greater Noida / Delhi NCR real estate will be preferred.
