Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer with strong SD-WAN expertise to design, implement, configure, troubleshoot, and support enterprise network infrastructure. The candidate should have hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies, routing, switching, network security, and network monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, implement, and maintain SD-WAN solutions in enterprise environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco SD-WAN / Viptela environments.
- Work on routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, STP, and TCP/IP.
- Manage WAN connectivity, branch networks, VPNs, and network infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot IPSec VPN, GRE, and site-to-site connectivity.
- Monitor network performance, availability, latency, and bandwidth utilization.
- Troubleshoot network incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
- Work with firewalls, routers, switches, and other network security devices.
- Perform SD-WAN deployments, upgrades, migrations, and configuration changes.
- Collaborate with network, security, cloud, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain network documentation, configuration records, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Participate in change management, incident management, and problem management activities.




- Provide support during critical incidents and planned maintenance activities.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SD-WAN.
- Good experience with Cisco SD-WAN / Viptela.
- Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching.
- Experience with BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, STP, TCP/IP.
- Good understanding of WAN, LAN, VPN, IPSec, and GRE.
- Experience with Cisco routers and switches.
- Knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Understanding of network security concepts and firewalls.
- Good knowledge of network troubleshooting methodologies.

Preferred Skills
- Cisco certifications such as CCNA / CCNP.
- Experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Cisco firewalls.
- Exposure to cloud networking — AWS / Azure.
- Experience with network automation using Python or Ansible is an advantage.
- ITIL / Service Management knowledge is an added advantage.

- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to attend the F2F interview in Chennai.
- Candidates with strong hands-on SD-WAN production experience are preferred.
