- Target Achievement

- Achieve individual and store sales targets.

- Drive eye-test conversion and sales conversion.

- Promote relevant products and offers.

- Support overall store revenue.

1. Billing &
- POS

- Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.

- Generate invoices and collect payments.

- Ensure accurate order details during billing.

1. Order &
- After-Sales Support

- Coordinate with customers for product pickup.

- Verify the product/lens details before handing over.





- Handle customer queries, returns, and basic complaints.

- Coordinate with the store team for smooth order processing.

1. Store Operations

- Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene.

- Keep frames and displays properly arranged.

- Support stock-taking and inventory management.

- Ensure store equipment and products are properly maintained and secured.

1. SOP Compliance

- Follow company and store SOPs.

- Maintain proper sales and customer records.

- Follow daily store processes and operational guidelines.
