Position: TIG Welder , MIG Welder And Fitter

Job Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience Required: Minimum 4 to 7 Years

Salary: 35,000 45,000 per month

Salary: Based on experience, skills and interview performance

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform TIG and MIG welding operations as per drawings, specifications and work instructions.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, welding symbols and measurements.
- Perform welding on different types of metals and components as required.
- Ensure proper welding quality, strength and finishing of fabricated components.
- Set up and operate welding machines and related equipment.
- Check welding joints and identify defects such as cracks, porosity, undercut and improper penetration.
- Carry out grinding, finishing and correction work when required.
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper workplace housekeeping.
- Follow all company safety procedures and welding standards.




- Coordinate with supervisors and other production team members to complete work within the required schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience as a TIG / MIG Welder.
- Strong practical knowledge of TIG and MIG welding processes.
- Ability to work independently and handle production targets.
- Valuable knowledge of welding equipment, tools and safety procedures.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings and welding symbols.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Candidates should be disciplined, responsible and willing to work as per company requirements.
