Roles Responsibilities-

- Core Java /System design

- Java 8 +, REST API and Microservices development with hands-on
- coding experience

- Concept of OOPs, Exception handling

- Data structures implementation and optimization

- Multi-threading, concurrency, and error-handling

- Circuit breaker

- Machine coding

- Microservice communication (Sync & Async)/ architecture

- Spring Boot rest controller, security and exceptions, spring data

- JPA & JBDC, transaction management, DI, auto configuration,

- Springboot starters, annotations, config

- Kafka/JMS, CI/CD, GIT

- Must have worked as Developer/Lead

Positive-to-Have

- Databases-MySQL/Oracle. MongoDB etc.

- Unit Testing JUnit

- Exposure to Linux/Unix dev environments

- Leadership skills to lead a technical team of 8+ members

- Experience with any AI integration (ex – Co-pilot/Claude)

- Knowledge of Agile methodology

- Knowledge of Swagger, Postman etc

- Proficiency in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, application design, and implementing large
- components for enterprise projects

- Unit testing

- Feature development using Java springboot

- Working in Agile team.
