IT Recruiter - Chennai (BCT Consulting)

Location: Chennai (WFO)

Experience: 2 to 6 Years

is looking for dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiters to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals across technologies and experience levels.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up.
- Work on contract and permanent staffing requirements for enterprise clients.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referral channels to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct preliminary HR and technical screening discussions.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions to clients.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure target-based delivery.





Required Skills:

- IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment experience.
- Solid sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, and other hiring platforms.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in Contract Staffing or Permanent Hiring is preferred.
