Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated 1-3 years Experience male candidate to join our IT team. The selected candidates will assist in providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting users across the organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and common software applications.
- Assist users with hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Perform routine system health checks and preventive maintenance.
- Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory or other identity management systems.
- Install software updates and security patches.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.




- Assist in network troubleshooting, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT engineers when required.
- Follow IT security policies and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, ECE), B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), BCA, MCA, or equivalent.
- Robust understanding of computer hardware and operating systems. • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of antivirus solutions and cybersecurity best practices.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies. Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Active Directory.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with remote support tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases.
- Exposure to virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V) is an added advantage.
