About the Role

Shriram Life Insurance is looking for an HR Operations Executive with strong MIS reporting capabilities to manage employee data, generate reports and dashboards, and support core HR operations activities for the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports (headcount, attrition, hiring status, scheme trackers, etc.)

- Design and maintain dashboards for tracking key HR metrics using Power BI

- Consolidate and validate data from multiple branches/sources into unified reporting formats

- Automate recurring reports using advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros to reduce manual effort

- Maintain and update employee databases, ensuring data accuracy across HR systems and trackers

- Support implementation and tracking of HR schemes and incentive/retention programs (eligibility tracking, reconciliation)

- Liaise with business teams to resolve employee queries and data discrepancies

- Support leadership with ad-hoc data requests, trend analysis, and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field

- 1-3 years of experience in Analytics or Mis executive or HR Operations, HR MIS (insurance/BFSI industry preferred)

- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Macros, Conditional Formatting) mandatory

- Working knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization mandatory

- Solid MIS reporting skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy

- Good communication and coordination skills to work across branch and regional teams

- Ability to manage multiple reports and meet strict reporting deadlines

Preferred

- Prior experience in HR MIS reporting within life insurance or BFSI sector

- Basic knowledge of SQL/MS Access for advanced data handling
