Gold Valuer (GV) – Key Responsibilities

- Check and evaluate the purity and quality of gold as per company guidelines.
- Ensure accurate gold valuation and support the loan disbursement process.
- Maintain and update all required gold-related registers and records.
- Handle vault access and security procedures as per company policy.
- Manage branch activities in the absence of the Branch Manager (BM), wherever assigned.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for the Gold Loan product.
- Support customer acquisition and business generation through branch and market activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and proper handling of pledged gold.

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets for the Gold Loan product.




- Generate recent customers through field visits, references, and local market activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Explain Gold Loan products, eligibility, and related processes to customers.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Support branch-level customer service and business development activities.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
