Facility cum Client Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities

Facility Management

- Manage overall office/facility operations and maintenance.

- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and upkeep of premises.

- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other vendors.

- Monitor AMC contracts, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.

- Manage inventory of office supplies, equipment, and utilities.

- Handle space management and workplace readiness.

Client Experience Management

- Ensure excellent front-office and client hospitality services.

- Create a welcoming and skilled client experience.

- Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations promptly.

- Coordinate meeting rooms, events, and client visits.





- Monitor service quality standards and client satisfaction levels.

- Build positive relationships with clients, visitors, and stakeholders.

Vendor & Team Coordination

- Supervise facility staff and reception/front-office teams.

- Manage vendor performance and service-level agreements.

- Negotiate vendor contracts and optimize operational costs.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections.

Administration & Reporting

- Prepare facility and client experience reports.

- Track budgets, expenses, and operational KPIs.

- Maintain records related to maintenance, assets, and compliance.

- Support HR/Admin in employee engagement and workplace initiatives
