- Monitor and supervise construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Monitor material usage and site safety compliance.
- Resolve day-to-day site issues and support project execution.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Industrial, Commercial, or Residential projects.
- Knowledge of site supervision, construction practices, and quality control.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
