PE / SPE | Fresher - 6 Months to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle insurance transactions across the policy lifecycle, including quotes, submissions, endorsements, renewals, certificates, invoicing, billing validation, and EOC processing.

- Coordinate with carriers and Account Managers and maintain accurate policy records.

- Update and manage information across Applied Epic, Salesforce FSC, CRM, and DMS.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, quality, and accuracy standards.

Required Skills:

- Fresher - 6 months to 3 years of experience in PL / CL / EB broking or insurance back-office operations.

- Understanding of quote, bind, endorsement, renewal, and certificate workflows.

- Experience with Applied Epic / Salesforce FSC preferred.

- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

SME | 3 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a domain expert across PL, CL,



and/or EB insurance processes.

- Review complex submissions, quotes, binders, endorsements, billing issues, and escalations.

- Support SOP creation, process mapping, transitions, migrations, QA, and process improvement.

- Conduct quality audits, provide floor support, mentor associates, and validate deliverables.

- Coordinate with Account Managers, carriers, and internal teams for complex cases.

Required Skills:

- 3 to 5 years of relevant insurance broking experience.

- Robust knowledge of US insurance servicing workflows, ACORD forms, documentation, and Evidence of Coverage.

- Experience in transitions, migrations, quality, or process standardization will be preferred.Role & responsibilities
