Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Lead with robust expertise in Harness CI/CD, Terraform, Helm Charts, AWS EKS, Linux, and AWS IAM. The ideal candidate will lead cloud infrastructure automation, Kubernetes platform management, CI/CD implementation, and DevOps best practices across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness CI/CD.
- Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
- Deploy, manage, and upgrade applications on AWS EKS (Kubernetes) using Helm Charts.
- Define and implement secure access controls using AWS IAM Roles, Policies, and Permissions.
- Manage and troubleshoot Linux-based servers and cloud environments.
- Lead Kubernetes cluster administration, monitoring, scaling, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline release processes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment,



and operational tasks.
- Implement DevOps best practices, governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical leadership initiatives.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Harness CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation.
- Hands-on expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Extensive experience with AWS EKS and Kubernetes administration.
- Expertise in Helm Charts for Kubernetes application deployment.
- Strong knowledge of AWS IAM, security, and access management.
- Good experience in Linux Administration and Shell Scripting.
- Experience with Docker containerization.
- Good understanding of Git/GitHub/GitLab version control systems.
- Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Route 53, ALB/NLB.
