Role & responsibilities

- Production Management: Ensure daily production targets, manpower allocation, machine utilization, and timely delivery as per production plans.

- Quality &
- Process Control: Ensure adherence to drawings, control plans, inspections, SPC, quality standards, and corrective actions for rejection reduction.

- Machine, Tool &

- Maintenance: Monitor machine performance, OEE, tooling, cycle time, preventive maintenance, and breakdown control.

- Safety &

- Manpower Management: Ensure EHS, 5S, discipline, shift management, operator training, skill development, and effective manpower utilization.

- Continuous Improvement &

- Reporting: Drive Kaizen, Lean, TPM, cost reduction, productivity improvements, documentation, KPI monitoring, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
