Position : BOM & Tolerance Analysis Engineer

- Create, update, and maintain Engineering BOM (EBOM) and Manufacturing BOM (MBOM).

- Ensure BOM alignment with CAD assemblies, drawings, and PLM systems.

- Manage part numbers, configurations, revisions, and engineering changes.

- Verify BOM completeness and accuracy prior to design release.

- Coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams for BOM-related issues.

- Support BOM integration and release in 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) or equivalent PLM setting.

- Perform dimensional variation analysis and tolerance stack-up studies.

- Analyze assembly interfaces and critical product characteristics.

- Define GD&T; requirements according to ASME Y14.5 standards.

- Identify dimensional risks and recommend corrective actions.

- Validate assembly feasibility through tolerance simulations.

- Ensure achievement of target dimensional requirements with zero critical stack-up concerns.
