DEVELOPER & VMS SYSTEMS INTEGRATION SPECIALIST

The Developer & VMS Systems Integration Specialist will manage technical support functions to support 100+ Vendor Management Systems, 2,000+ internal employees, hundreds of Vendor Management Clients, and is inclusive of additional related 3rd party systems to ensure the Apex recruiting functions operate uninterrupted, mitigate any impact on services, and support the scalable growth of the internal VMSI services. A strong analytical and people focus is needed to manage VMS support tickets, train users, process VMS configuration requests, draft business requirements, assist with vendor systems updates/new features and enhancements, manage data hygiene and deliverables, and design solutions with user satisfaction in mind. This role will work closely with Front Office subject matter experts and technical members to learn and document new VMS business procedures/processes and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and continuously build knowledge of Apexs Vendor Management Systems, Salesforce, numerous VMS solutions, and several related 3rd party systems (Scout, etc.) addressing all needs and configuration requests.
- Reviewing, researching, and resolving VMS support tickets inclusive of engaging of ATS and VMS services support resources to develop new end-clients within our VMS solution via requirements, testing, troubleshooting/defect fixing of any existing or new items reported by the business.
- Responsible for creation/termination of VMS account processing and timely completion of weekly+ VMS end-client job audits.
- Fulfill VMS clean-up efforts.
- Assist with creation or refinement of VMS business workflow processes as needed for both the Front Office business and the VMSI team.
- Drive VMS business requirements with drafting, analyzing,



defining scope, and evaluates the requirements of all VMS solution including recent integrated 3rd party systems based on business needs.
- Assist with any departmental initiatives and business projects as needed.
- Establish and grow professional relationships with upper management, client representatives, and internal departments to ensure a mutually beneficial working relationship.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- College Degree in Computer Science
- Detailed oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent work/time organizational skills, essential.
- Superior oral communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Employee must be a team player with initiative and self-motivation; must be able to follow written and verbal instructions as well as interpret written policies; must be flexible to accept frequent change in priorities and possess the ability to work independently.
- Experience working in IT teams, including Agile environments.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel experience, and proficiency in Outlook.
- Experience working with JobRobotix & VMS Systems (i.e., Fieldglass, Beeline, Magnit/WAND, VNDLY, VectorVMS, Acceleration, etc.), Salesforce.
- 3-5+ Years System Administrator experience, Project Management experience, Information Technology experience, Business Systems Analyst experience, Testing experience.

Ticket Management & SLA Compliance

- Manage incoming support queues (ServiceNow), ensuring all queries are logged, triaged, and categorized correctly.
- Own and execute ticket resolution within mandated timelines, consistently meeting or exceeding operational SLAs.
- Escalate complex technical system bugs to platform providers or internal IT teams while maintaining ownership of communication with the end-user.
