Position -VMC Machine Operator

Key Responsibility -

- Operate and handle VMC machines independently.
- Perform machine setting, tool setting, and offset corrections.
- Load and unload parts from machine
- Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Select appropriate tools, inserts, and fixtures for machining operations.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments like Vernier calliper, micrometre, height gauge, and bore gauge.
- Maintain component quality as per customer specifications.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and machine cleaning.
- Troubleshoot minor machine and tooling issues.
- Maintain production and rejection records.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance departments when required
- Must have knowledge of programming and operating machines with the FANUC controller
