Visitor Visa Counselor

Job Summary

We are looking for a Visitor Visa Counselor who can effectively counsel clients regarding visitor visa opportunities, understand their requirements and profiles, guide them through the visa process, and ensure timely follow-up for documentation and payments.

The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, convincing, and follow-up skills, along with good knowledge of the visitor visa process.

Key Responsibilities: Visitor Visa Counselling

- Counsel clients regarding visitor visa requirements, eligibility, documentation, and process.
- Understand the client's profile, travel purpose, financial background, and requirements to provide appropriate guidance.
- Explain the visa process, documentation requirements, timelines, and applicable service charges clearly.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email and convert prospective clients into customers.
- Handle client queries and objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients throughout the counselling and visa process.
- Coordinate with the Visa Process Team for document collection, application status, and other process-related requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and update lead/client status regularly in the CRM.
- Ensure a professional and positive client experience throughout the process.

Payment Follow-up & Collection
- Follow up with students/clients for pending and upcoming payments through calls, WhatsApp, and email.




- Ensure timely collection of fees as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Maintain regular payment follow-up records and update collection/payment status in the CRM.
- Handle payment-related queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Negotiate payment timelines and plans while working within company policies.
- Coordinate with the Counselling and Visa Process teams regarding client payment status.
- Follow up on overdue payments and escalate long-pending cases to management.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients while ensuring effective and timely collections.

Experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Visitor Visa Counselling, Immigration, Education Consultancy, Sales, or a similar role.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience in Visitor Visa Counselling/Immigration Consultancy and knowledge of countries such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc. will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
