CNC / VMC Operator | Conventional Machine Operator | Waterjet CNC Operator | Assembly Fitter

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and experienced machine operators and assembly professionals to handle CNC/VMC machines, conventional machines, waterjet CNC systems, and mechanical assembly work. The candidate should be capable of operating machines independently, reading engineering drawings, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring secure and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

CNC / VMC Operator

- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC/VMC machines as per drawings and programs
- Load tools, set offsets, and perform tool changes
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and work instructions
- Measure components using vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge, etc.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality as per specifications
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance

Conventional Machine Operator

- Operate conventional machines such as Lathe, Milling, Drilling, Surface Grinding, etc.
- Perform turning,



facing, drilling, boring, and manual machining operations
- Select appropriate cutting tools and parameters
- Maintain machine cleanliness and workplace safety

Waterjet CNC Operator

- Set up and operate Waterjet CNC machines
- Prepare nesting and job setup as per production requirement
- Monitor cutting quality, pressure settings, and consumables (abrasive)
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure accuracy and minimal material wastage

Assembly Fitter

- Perform mechanical assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies
- Read and interpret assembly drawings and BOMs
- Execute fitting operations such as drilling, tapping, reaming, grinding, and alignment
- Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures effectively
- Conduct functional checks and ensure proper assembly quality
