Responsibilities
- Handle customers through calls and digital platforms.
- Generate business from leads and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular customer follow-ups and relationships.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 2+ years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Customer Handling .
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Strong sales and convincing abilities.
- BFSI experience will be preferred.
