- Experienced Candidates: Up to 35,000 CTC per month

- Work Schedule: 5 Days Working
- Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Weekly Offs
- Shift: US Shift

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer queries through international voice and chat support.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Meet process-specific quality and productivity targets.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Comfortable working in US shifts.
- Willingness to work with rotational weekly offs.
