About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Videographer cum Video Editor to join our team and take ownership of our video content and social media promotions.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an upcoming learning academy and play an important role in building its digital presence from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, advertisements, and other social media platforms.
- Edit promotional videos, educational content, reels, interviews, testimonials, and event coverage.
- Develop creative video concepts suitable for an education-focused brand.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create content for digital campaigns.
- Cover promotional activities, career guidance sessions, workshops, and institute events.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and create content accordingly.
- Deliver videos in formats optimized for Instagram, Facebook,



YouTube, and other platforms.

Requirements
- Experience in videography and video editing.
- Must have hands-on experience with skilled cameras.
- Should own a camera suitable for skilled video shooting.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good understanding of framing, lighting, composition, and video storytelling.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Additional Advantage Candidates with the following experience will be given preference:
- Experience handling digital marketing campaigns for startups or new ventures.
- Knowledge of social media management and content planning.
- Experience with Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads / digital advertising.
- Experience with motion graphics or After Effects.
- Own camera gear, lenses, lighting equipment, or professional audio equipment.
- Previous experience working with education, coaching, or youth-focused brands.
