Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Videographer & Video Editor to manage end-to-end video production for our real estate projects and corporate branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, project promotions, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for project sites, corporate events, customer testimonials, and promotional campaigns.

· Operate cameras, drones (if applicable), lighting, audio equipment, and other video production tools.

· Create engaging reels, walkthrough videos, promotional films, interviews, and social media content.

· Edit raw footage into professional videos using creative transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.

· Ensure all video content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

· Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and design teams to develop creative concepts and campaign content.





· Organize, maintain, and archive video footage, project files, and production equipment.

· Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, social media trends, and digital content formats.

· Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high production quality.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field (preferred).

· 3–6 years of experience as a Videographer & Video Editor.

· Experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.

· A strong portfolio showcasing videography and video editing work is mandatory.

Skills Required

· Strong hands-on experience in camera handling, lighting setups, and audio recording.

· Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

· Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro will be an added advantage.

· Good understanding of storytelling, composition, color correction, and video formats for digital platforms.

· Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.

· Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
