Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor who can handle the complete video production process—from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging videos for social media, promotional campaigns, events, workshops, student activities, courses, and other marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Videography

- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing, events, workshops, seminars, and promotional activities.

- Handle cameras, lighting, microphones, tripods, gimbals, and other video equipment.

- Capture professional footage of interviews, testimonials, classes, events, student activities, and promotional content.

- Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, audio, and camera settings during shoots.

- Coordinate with the marketing and creative team for video concepts and requirements.

Video Editing

- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, promotional campaigns, advertisements, and other digital platforms.

- Create engaging short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, testimonials, and event highlights.

- Add transitions, subtitles, text, graphics, music, sound effects, and other elements as required.

- Perform color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, and basic motion graphics.

- Maintain consistency with the organization's branding and visual guidelines.

- Select the best footage and create compelling storytelling through editing.

Content Creation





- Assist in developing creative video concepts and content ideas.

- Stay updated with current social media video trends, reel formats, transitions, and editing styles.

- Work closely with the marketing, sales, counselling, and academic teams to understand content requirements.

- Repurpose existing long-form content into short-form social media content.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of video shooting and editing techniques.

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.

- Knowledge of Photoshop/Canva will be an added advantage.

- Good understanding of lighting, camera angles, composition, and audio recording.

- Knowledge of basic motion graphics and animation.

- Robust sense of creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.

- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
