Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Video Editor who has strong expertise in AI-based video editing, along with reels and short-form content creation.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in using AI tools to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and create high-quality, engaging videos optimised for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Production

- Edit reels, short-form videos, and promotional content for platforms like Instagram and YouTube
- Transform raw footage into engaging, polished videos
- Add transitions, effects, subtitles, and music to enhance content quality

2. Trend-Based Editing

- Follow current editing trends, viral formats, and reel styles
- Use trending audio, cuts, and effects to improve reach and engagement

3. Collaboration with Content Team

- Work closely with content creators to understand the concept and vision
- Ensure final edits align with the script, idea, and brand tone

4. Basic Motion Graphics & Enhancements

- Add text animations, captions, and simple motion graphics
- Maintain consistency in style, color, and branding

5. File Management & Timelines





- Organise footage and maintain project files
- Deliver content within deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in video editing (reels/short-form content preferred)
- Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, VN, or similar
- Strong understanding of reel trends, pacing, and audience retention
- Ability to add captions, transitions, and engaging effects
- Basic knowledge of storytelling and content flow
- Attention to detail and creativity

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

- Experience with AI-based editing tools
- Knowledge of colour grading and sound design
- Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement tactics
