ROLE OVERVIEW

G Square & Company is looking for a creative and tech-savvy Video Editor & AI Content Creator to create engaging digital content for The Belgian Waffle Xpress and other associate ventures.

The role primarily focuses on video editing, AI-generated content, social media creatives, and basic content shooting . The candidate should have a strong creative sense, understand current social media trends, and be comfortable experimenting with modern AI tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Edit Instagram Reels, promotional videos, product videos, brand videos, and short-form content .
- Create AI-generated videos, images, scenes, animations, and creative concepts using modern AI tools.
- Combine real footage with AI-generated visuals to produce engaging digital content.
- Add transitions, text animations, subtitles, music, sound effects, and basic motion graphics .
- Handle basic video and product shoots using a smartphone or camera when required.
- Develop creative reel concepts, storyboards, shot ideas, and campaign concepts .
- Create basic social media graphics, posters, thumbnails, and promotional creatives .
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations and campaign deliverables.
- Assist with influencer outreach, communication, and follow-ups.
- Support LinkedIn personal branding through videos, graphics, post creatives, and other content.
- Research current AI, video editing, social media, and content trends .
- Experiment with new AI tools and creative formats to continuously improve content quality.




- Coordinate with the marketing and management teams for campaigns, outlet launches, promotions, and brand activities.
- Maintain consistent brand identity and visual quality across all content.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong video editing skills .
- Practical knowledge of AI video and image-generation tools .
- Good understanding of AI prompting and AI-assisted content creation .
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software .
- Basic content shooting skills using a smartphone or camera .
- Understanding of lighting, framing, camera angles, and composition .
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools .
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and social media trends .
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality output.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or diploma is optional .
- Candidates will primarily be evaluated based on their skills, creativity, portfolio, and practical knowledge .
- Previous experience in video editing, AI content creation, social media, or digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory .
- Freshers with strong skills and a good portfolio are welcome to apply.
- A portfolio/showreel featuring edited videos, reels, AI-generated content, graphics, or creative projects will be highly preferred.
