Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience to join our core content team in Gokulpeth, Nagpur. In this role, you will edit high-engagement short-form videos (Reels, Shorts), doctor brand stories, patient testimonials, educational healthcare videos, and performance ad creative.

Key Responsibilities

- Short-Form Content Creation: Edit fast-paced, highly engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta ad video creatives tailored for healthcare audiences.
- Long-Form Video Editing: Assemble doctor interview series, clinic walk-throughs, educational explainers, and podcast-style video formats.
- Post-Production Execution: Perform visual storytelling cutdowns, color grading, audio cleaning, sound design, and motion graphics integration (titles, captions, lower thirds, pop-ups).
- Healthcare Storytelling: Translate medical concepts into easy-to-understand, visual, and engaging video formats without compromising professional standards.
- Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with content strategists, graphic designers,



and performance marketers to deliver video assets aligned with campaign schedules.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with social media video trends, hook strategies, pacing, and viral formats to maximize viewer retention.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a Video Editor (agency or in-house marketing team experience preferred).
- Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (CapCut/DaVinci Resolve knowledge is a plus).
- Pacing & Typography: Excellent understanding of hooks, cut pacing, kinetic typography, caption styling, and dynamic audio beats.
- Basic Motion Graphics: Ability to animate text, logos, icons, and lower thirds smoothly.
- Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating short-form vertical videos and promotional/brand video edits.
- Communication: Good communication skills and ability to coordinate efficiently within an in-office team setting in Nagpur.
